• Take TN-109 toward Gallatin
• Turn left onto Old State Hwy 109 at yellow caution light
• Turn right onto Blythe Ave
• Clinic is on the Right.

From Nashville:

• Take I-65 North to TN-386 North/Vietnam Veterans Blvd
• Stay on TN-386 until it ends at Long Hollow Pike.
• Continue straight and merge Right onto Red River Rd (25)
• Turn left onto Blythe Ave just past the Co-op.
• Go approximately 1 mile. Clinic is on the left.

From Lebanon:

• Take 109-N toward Gallatin
• Continue to S. Water Ave.
• Continue on to W Eastland Ave.
• Turn Right onto Blythe Ave. Clinic will be on the left just over ½ mile.
