Directions
From Hendersonville:
- Take TN-386 toward Gallatin
- TN-386 ends at Long Hollow Pike. Continue straight and merge Right onto Red River Rd (25)
- Turn left onto Blythe Ave just past the Co-op.
- Go approximately 1 mile. Clinic is on the left.
From Portland:
- Take TN-109 toward Gallatin
- Turn left onto Old State Hwy 109 at yellow caution light
- Turn right onto Blythe Ave
- Clinic is on the Right.
From Nashville:
- Take I-65 North to TN-386 North/Vietnam Veterans Blvd
- Stay on TN-386 until it ends at Long Hollow Pike.
- Continue straight and merge Right onto Red River Rd (25)
- Turn left onto Blythe Ave just past the Co-op.
- Go approximately 1 mile. Clinic is on the left.
From Lebanon:
- Take 109-N toward Gallatin
- Continue to S. Water Ave.
- Continue on to W Eastland Ave.
- Turn Right onto Blythe Ave. Clinic will be on the left just over ½ mile.
