from Sumner Spay Neuter
Alliance!
Thank you so very much to all who continuously
support our low cost clinic and to those that generously made
special gifts during the Christmas season. It is through your
kindness that we are able to save so many lives through
prevention.
A very happy, successful and prosperous New Year
to all!
Sincerely,
June McMahon, President

Meeting Needs During The Season Of
Giving
Sumner Spay
Neuter Alliance participated in the December Food Bank
Distribution at the Liberty Baptist Church. Low income
families not only received food for themselves, but also pet
food. Our volunteers gave out 167 free spay/neuter
certificates to families with pets that were not yet "fixed."
Recipients are already making appointments and using the
certificates! Your contributions keep our Community Assistance
Fund alive. This fund allows us to help anyone in need of
spay/neuter services for their pets regardless of their
ability to pay. Saving lives through prevention!
We were honored
to partner with SumnerCountyAnimals.com and their Helping Paws
food distribution program.

Volunteers Are Vital To Our
Success,
And
Much Appreciated!
We are so
grateful for and proud of our volunteers. Sally McCanner
recently celebrated her 1 year anniversary as an SSNA
volunteer. She did have a cake, but we thought it was more fun
to show her doing what she loves to do! Clinic laundry is a
never ending chore! Sally also prepares the supplies needed
during the day for surgery, makes surgical packs, helps at our
outreach tabling events and addresses envelopes. She does it
all with a big smile on her face, knowing how much she is
helping! We love and appreciate her.
